Just when I was going to watch UEFA Champions League semifinals between Barcelona and Manchester United, my dad shouted at me to go to sleep. It was 12:00 A.M. I had made an agreement a day before that I’ll be watching the match at night and so I’ll study the whole day. Well I kept my promise but at last I was at the receivers end and was not allowed to see the match. My brain went berserk. My mom was watching the scene from behind and thought I was going to start a fight in the middle of the night. But that’s when my CHILL PILL came in handy. Well chill pill is not any medicine that I’m referring to, but just the method I use to control my anger. Anger management is certainly not a child’s game. It requires lots of practice. Well here are few tips to control your brain when it’s on bulls ride:

1. Do not focus on the actions of the person that seems to provoke anger in you.

2. Leave the place silently and look at the mirror.

3. Focus on the expressions on your face. You’ll laugh in your heart. A person looks silly when his face is full of anger. That’s why people around us laugh when we are angry.

4. Try making cartoon like expressions. If you can’t imagine the anger invoking person in cartoon style.

5. Few minutes later go and have some water. This’ll cool down your brain and whole system.

Well the above tips just might sound silly but these have saved me from ruining my reputation at many instances. I wanted to write something useful and this is what I came across from my life. So next time you are going to explode with anger on someone try a CHILL PILL. Chao.
